Many methods have been proposed to create surprising effects by displaying different images between mirror reflections and real images. In this research, we proposed a method for displaying different content on a real display and its mirror image by using a mirror with circular polarization filters attached and a circular polarized 3D display.
Although there are constraints in viewing angles and display content, our method does not require special mechanisms behind the mirror, allowing installation against walls and reducing location constraints compared to conventional methods. Additionally, since cameras or displays are not used for mirror image display, there are no issues with resolution or delay.
